Jason Hall is a Regional Sr. Operations Leader with Epiq, Pastor at Glory of God International Church, and Rock Creek Middle School Boys Basketball coach. He serves as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Business Liaison Director and member of the DEI advisory board of directors representing and leading change within corporate fabric of Epiq. He has also served as the President of the WOll HOA and is involved in other civic/charitable organizations. Jason has lived in and served the Southern Indiana for 17 years, has a son in middle school at Rock Creek, and has served on the Rock Creek board since 2014.

Michael J. Richardson is a partner with Shepherd Financial, and he leads the Financial Planning and Wealth Management business for the firm. Active in his community, Michael has served on the Board of Directors for the Building and Development Association of Southern Indiana (BDASI) as the organization's treasurer for nearly a decade. He has also been involved at Hanover College, serving on the Board of Directors for the Alumni Association as well as the Athletic Advisory Board. He has also been involved in several other trade and professional associations throughout Indiana and Kentucky and has been an Ambassador for One Southern Indiana.
